Click the button below for Carry Concealed Weapon License information and applications. You can apply for a new application, renew your current application or change the address associated with your application.
Application Process:
The entire process can take up to 90 days from the time of your online submission, but is usually completed well within that time frame. The review process can be lengthened by incomplete applications and lack of sufficient documentation. When applying, please ensure you have provided the necessary supporting documents.
Whether you are a New or Renewal applicant, you must upload or provide all of the documentation listed below even if you have provided it on previous applications. Lack of sufficient documentation are the most common reasons for delayed processing. Providing detailed and ample documentation will reduce the need for follow-up work and make your process more efficient.
All new applicants must schedule an interview at the CCW Office at the time of application. Renewal applicants do not need to be interviewed.
Required Documents:
Failure to upload the required documents at the time of submission may result in the application being withdrawn.
Required Training:
All firearms submitted for listing on a CCW license are subject to approval by the CCW Licensing Unit.
